I love this company and think it is probably the best staffing agency i could have landed a job with. However, I feel that we are not always given much time off. We have certain times we have to earn our time off instead of just given the time. I think Christmas eve should be a given holiday.

They send updates to keep everyone in the company in the loop on news

My coworkers are all very nice and we have become friends outside of work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base salary makes me feel secure no matter how im doing at the company when it comes to commission
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting deals and having higher commission. Also getting recognized at work (this does not happen often) but when it does it is very motivating.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think everyone has like minded goals and were all striving to be the best at what we do. Its motivating to make me want to do better when others are succeeding.
