I have been very impressed with all of the unique ways Beacon Hill has found ways to adapt to and involve a changing workforce!

Very team oriented and I dont see a lot of selfishness or secrecy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very personable and relatable while still able to inspire and challenge those they are responsible for.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive Salary which makes it easier to ride out the ebbs and flows of the recruiting/sales market

I have a great base salary which helps during the times when business deals aren't lining up as smoothly as I would like.

Everyone brings different strengths and experience to the team. Together we are a well oiled machine with a goal to help everyone succeed.

The opportunity to line great people up with a great job! It is very fulfilling and rewarding to see the right pieces fall into place
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The managers work hard to ensure that everyone is noticed for their contributions. They also go to great effort to provide meaningful get togethers for the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Individually aware of the contributions made by team members. They provide good direction where needed but also provide strong autonomy to allow individuals to perform how they can best succeed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Finding a qualified candidate for a hard to fill position! This is why I work in staffing - the thrill of the hunt and the long term meaningful relationships that I am am able to build
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most people are given a great deal of autonomy and freedom to work how they work best. Yes there are guidelines and processes in place but management tries not to hinder success with too much paperwork and process.
