My commission plan. Only complaint I have is no 401k matching.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My boss and the autonomy she allows is my favorite thing about the team culture. She pushes us in a healthy and supportive way. Not overly competitive environment, but enough to motivate me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all enjoy talking and working with one another. I am close with several of my coworkers outside of work as well. We all have similar goals professionally and push one another to succeed.
