I love all the emails we get celebrating someones work anniversary, all time highs, top of the hill, and presidents Club.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoy really knowing the leadership team in my division. They always make themselves available and I feel like they not only care about my career, but they also care for me personally.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the bonus structure the best. Because we are now remote, there aren't company perks like a free in-office gym or even free coffee. We also do not have a company match on our 401k. The benefits and perks are pretty basic right now, but I am happy to know our bonus structure has not changed.
