That the leadership team is very close, like a family. I think everyone really wants everyone to be successful and to see each division grow.

When my employees succeed. Having a bit of a younger team, seeing them place a candidate or close a deal is very exciting to me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about our team is that we come to work and battle everyday. We all want the same thing which is to close deals and help out candidates and clients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think for the amount of work a Manager has to do in this company, personally produce, train employees on the team, internally recruit, the base salaries could be a bit higher.
