The fact that they invest in people and really take care of their employee's so that we can do the best job possible!
What makes you most happy at work?
Closing deals! But being able to interact with different people each week gives me energy and a want to help these individuals land their dream jobs!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the commission structure is fantastic. I just think that base salaries should be a bit higher for consultants so that when things happen (Like a pandemic) we are not taking as big of a hit to our annual compensation.
