The best part of the compensation package is by far commission. There is no cap on how much you can make if you work hard enough--Especially as a Senior Staffing Consultant (which is motive to work hard and get promoted) it is extremely lucrative.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a small family. Though we are all very competitive people individually, we look out for one another's interests and are very fair in this regard. We celebrate everyone's success and are there for each other when we also need a sounding board when needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like about our team is though BH is a large national company--We as a team operate more as a start-up and small family. We are constantly changing our processes for the better and management is very open to hearing new ideas. Besides that, we all genuinely get along and enjoy each other.
