There is a lot of trust. This is your desk mentality and if you want to be successful it's in your hands.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher percentage paid out. Base salary I think is competitive. A lot of the work we do is very administrative(scheduling on boarding, weekly payroll chasing after contractors. I see a lot of tedious work that could be handed off so that we can spend more time bringing in revenue like sourcing.
