Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
The relational culture is healthy and any employee can genuinely trust the leaders. The leadership is always available to help the employees (me), even if it doesn't benefit them. No maternity leave, no clear path to a promotion and no clear bondaires with work hours makes life difficult at times.

There is honesty and a hard work ethic.

The salary and commission structure is more than fair!

I like that our leadership team is people-focused and collaborative internally.

Getting tasks done with efficiency, learning more about the work and about people daily and helping others find jobs!

I enjoy when I have positions to fill out of my office, so I get to work with candidates in our area.

I experience quite a bit of micromanagement and unless I specifically have a day off, there aren't clear boundaries on taking breaks or clocking off for the evenings.

They are kind and anyone is willing to go beyond their job description to help other employees. It feels like they genuinely care about the client, the candidate and their coworkers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our CEO sends out heartfelt emails that include personal and professional updates to the entire company. His transparency and genuine heart for people and the company filter down to every employee with a leadership position.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We always get things done and if one of us missing something, our Director is firm, but kind, and helps us finish the task. We work together and make room for flexibility in our scheudles when needed.
