We are a small team but are always willing to help the other out and communicating on what's going on any matters that need to be addressed
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work environment is great. We are not micromanaged and we are treated as responsible trustworthy employees who handle their job done without being harrassed. The diversity of the company is wonderful as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having my clients continue to contact me for their hiring needs as well as candidates trust me and refer other potential candidates to me. That makes me happy because it reassures me I am doing my job right!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I have extensive experience in the area I am recruiting in as well as training the team who has come in after me and pretty much handled a manager role without the title or annual salary.
