Overall it has been very satisfying for me. The people I work with are positive and challenge me everyday, the leadership team sets clear goals and is transparent, and the goals to grow our operation and division are aggressive but realistic.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are no unnecessary meetings, emails, or calls. If there is ever a meeting/call it is purposeful and to the point, allowing myself and the team to get the information being discussed and get back to work.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being challenged by my team members, the amount of business we are working on, and coming through for our clients on aggressive deadlines. Always feeling challenged at work makes it more enjoyable for me personally, never causing me to feel bored or stagnant.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing I like about the leadership team in the LS/Pharma team is the transparency. Everyone on the leadership team is very open on what our team is doing well and where we need to improve. Good or bad, everything is discussed openly, addressed, and handled appropriately.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The way everyone truly cares about one another as a co-worker and as a person. My team does a great job of having conversations/meetings where we discuss business as well as our lives outside of work. I think there is a lot of trust that is built thought these conversations.
