I feel like the Corporate Team at BH just generally is undervalued as compared to those that bring in money for the company (salespeople and recruiters).

I felt like everyone I spoke with made me feel super comfortable. Everyone was very approachable, and I really felt like I was able to be myself.

It makes me happy when I am able to produce quality, interesting training materials for the employees at the company. I also feel happy when I am around my coworkers.

My team is incredibly hard working and dedicated to the development of the individuals at our company. They care about each and every one of their team members personal and professional success, which I think is really special.

Though I haven't personally utilized them, I think the parental leave policy is outstanding and is part of the reason why staying long-term is so appealing. I know that when it comes time for me to have a family I will be fully supported by Beacon Hill.
