I love this company and I am very happy here- I really just wish there were more 401k benefits

What are some of the best things about your team?
We're all really similar and we talk all day long. I could ask any of them about anything.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel really valued as a person and employee. I also receive so much positive feedback even something like a simple "congrats" email really makes me feel good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I really think the base salary should be higher- at least 45k. But I really think the fact that there isn't a 401k available immediately and there's not a 401k match at all is ridiculous.
