Overall this has been a great experience. I wish you accrued more PTO each 1-3 years versus every 5 years, but other than that its good.

The base salary as a recruiter is a livable wage on its own, then there is opportunity for commission on top of that
What do you like best about the leadership team?
BH is a big company but going into work everyday has a small office environment type of feel which I love. Everyone is friendly and know everyone.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People will work with you as best they can. No one is openly rude or treats you like you're inferior if you're below them in the organization. Its an equal environment.
