What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Little Passports leadership team care for their employees as people. I don't know personally know the rest of BEGiN's leadership team and can't comment.

At a start up, things are not always fully fleshed out in terms of process or producers, but the leadership team takes a very flexible/logical approach in moving quickly and making decisions that are thoughtful.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like my work is undervalued because of the lack of headcount on our team. I am currently not paid at market value. For a company that is modern, innovative, and requires a lot of work from each employee, not having unlimited PTO is ludicrous.

I am aware of what my peers are paid in the industry, and I know I am paid 10-20% less than that.

They're the best team and people I've ever had the pleasure to work with! I love how transparent we are, how we value each other as humans, and how close we are despite working from home.
