What are some of the best things about your team? They're the best team and people I've ever had the pleasure to work with! I love how transparent we are, how we value each other as humans, and how close we are despite working from home.
What makes you most happy at work? That I get to work for a cause.
What do you like best about the leadership team? The Little Passports leadership team care for their employees as people. I don't know personally know the rest of BEGiN's leadership team and can't comment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel like my work is undervalued because of the lack of headcount on our team. I am currently not paid at market value. For a company that is modern, innovative, and requires a lot of work from each employee, not having unlimited PTO is ludicrous.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I am aware of what my peers are paid in the industry, and I know I am paid 10-20% less than that.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?the org is disorganized and lacks clear focus and mission. There are too many concurrent initiatives that all focus on similar outcomes, that are difficult to juggle and keep up with
