Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel undervalued because the manager at my location is not paying me for my training, and instead of paying me is taking my entire training check because of a mistake I made while he was right beside me and we also double checked all the transactions at the end of the night and nothing was wrong.
