Transparency - the executive team hosts an "Ask Me Anything" session during each company meeting, and they don't shy away from any question. That level of transparency and integrity is hard to come by, and makes it easy to bring things up to the executive team.

Unlimited PTO, Flexibility to work from home.

I'm extremely happy with my compensation package - I feel that it's fair and generous, and I never feel low-balled. Buildium does a great job of making employees feel valued regarding their pay, and they're easy to speak to if there are any questions or concerns.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We all want Buildium to be the best and will work across all areas of the business to make it happen. If there is any slack to pick up, someone is always willing to jump in.

Buildium has worked hard to foster a culture of transparency. Gone are the days of what felt like a "bro-culture" tech startup; Buildium has focused on bringing diversity and professionalism to the team as a whole, and it shows in the quality of our work and passion for our customers.

Everyone wants to be here and put in a solid and productive days work, we believe in this company and enjoy every hour and every day.

Trust and flexibility. My manager trusts me to get all my work done, so if I need flexibility during the day, it's typically granted. No micro-managing here! It inspires me to work harder and develops a strong loyalty to the company.

Transparency and communication. It was a long process but I didn't go more than 48 hours without being updated as to what the status was.
