What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership should really take a step in working one on one with a new hire

There wasnt one at all but since we was dead alot in the evenings and thats when I worked they sent me home often

It's hard work, stressful when your unprepared, or just learning a new kitchen but also worked for same company, taught by actual store trainers teach you

Don't get paid enough when you do all the work and other people get the credit for it

I have little to no respect at my job and the managers treat me like garbage. I really hope management starts realizing how hard the staff works and gives them the credit they deserve.

With the exception of maybe 1 or 2 people at times, we all work well together.

We come together to help each station out if needed we swap places a few times just in case we know we can get stuff done more clean and accordingly to plan
