What is the best part about your compensation package?
Working remotely gets you more regardless of your actual location. Equity is paper weight at this point but really good prospect for future.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is in a different city but feels like we are sitting in the same row of cubicles where everyone is just one question away.

Openness from the recruiter is quite unheard of. The response time from HR and recruiters was very fast.
