Most of the Leaders in the stores, or who's in the trenches shoulder to shoulder. Not all but most.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The medical, dental, & vision plan is matched and is overall a great plan. 401K is offered and is also a matched benefit.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was only getting 12-hour shifts for the week oh yeah constantly. I was just losing days from my schedule because no one knows how to build a schedule and communicate

The pay is far below deserved (earned) for what's demanded of us. The Managers get paid good most the time. However, lower lever is paid as they are viewed. The company makes million's plus a year.... From the work done not only by the Managers. They get or have ways to earn bonuses by r work

For the most part we are all there to get paid, so we make nice or tolerate one another at least.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The lack of respect, structure, lack of staff, and overworked ones who's there. FOR VERY LOW PAY.
