I Liked when the Executive Team was smaller, and more part of the company. Turnover makes it feel they are not invested long term. But are here to make their mark, then move on.

I has to be the Unlimited PTO :)

Unlimited vacation and work remotely

Everything, the health/dental/vision plans, wellness discount/incentive, surgery plus, HSA, 401K, etc...

Not the Vac. "unlimited" is a marketing gimmick to attract new hires. It potentially sets up conflict with manager and employee each time a request is made. The employee has zero assurance how much will be approved. "please sir, may I have some more?" tin cup in hand, is not the way to vacation.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Executive staff appears focused on short term goals, vanity, and posturing rather than being aligned with the average employee, sharing a tool box, or a meal. Elitism might be the description. We need to grow from within when ever possible. That's where the most respected leadership originates.
