I like that I'm not micromanaged. The leadership team encourages me to take on new projects and expand the way I want to expand and is fully supportive of my work

The Mission permeates a lot of aspects of daily life and culture (Building a Fairer Future). So in that regard, I'm happy to be surrounded by people that want the company to succeed, but also to help society.

I like being valued for the work I'm able to contribute. My team and manager are great supporters and recognize the contributions of others. Also, what we're doing matters and that's important to me.
