What is the best part about your compensation package?
Generous and frequent merit increases in base pay. Generous and plenteous health benefits. Package is improved every year.

We have more benefits than any other company I've ever known. We have free clinics, free mental health care, free TeleDoc visits, amazing healthcare coverages, 401K matching, and the list goes on. I can never say enough good about our benefits!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Everyone knows that inflation is out of control. I wouldn't be able to sustain a roof over head and food without combining with my partner and even then it feels like a struggle.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They all are above average in terms of professionalism and friendliness. Leadership on my team is willing to jump in and assist with the hard tasks. Everyone is willing to help each other in a pinch.
