Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to the rest of the industry, our base pay is relatively low. However, I'm willing to sacrifice base pay for flexibility. Additionally, we often cut positions are being asked to take on the roles of multiple people without an increase in pay.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Good team work, dividing work in a great way

We're a small team that has each other's back. We don't try to step on each other to get ahead. There's an inviting atmosphere around asking questions. At the end of the day, we're looking to have as much fun as possible.
