Integrity. There is a huge focus on integrity within the organization. I always know that if I'm making a decision with integrity in mind that my leadership team will support it.

Being creative. I am energized by always looking to make things better. I get excited about refining ideas and process and I always feel like the culture here is one in which my ideas will be accepted and implemented.

We have great respect for one another. We have a vested interest in our success as a team, but also as individuals. I always feel like I have a team behind me that will lift me up when I need it!
