The work itself is often monotonous and the job security is shaky.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish the pay was higher, that's all. But in every other aspect that's not monetary I do feel valued.

I would like for the path to promotions and raises was clearer. Right now I feel like the path is either confusing or unknown.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel like I might start excited at the begging of the week but often times the long hours get to me and that dampers the excitement.

They are passionate about what they do, and they are great at transmitting this passion to the rest of the team. I also feel they are very accessible.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to do fun, interesting and useful work and also being able to that kind of work from home, both those things make me the happiest in equal amount.
