I work remotely, but feel as though I am a bonafide member of a cohesive and supportive organization.

Things move quickly, but usually not too chaotically, there's always a chance to learn something new, or approach a different problem.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As with many organizations, pay increases only come with new roles; there needs to be a realization that expertise vs ranking is also important.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the freedom I have earned to work the projects I am assigned with very little micromanagement. I enjoy my accrued paid time off.

I am fortunate to have a role that is both comfortable and challenging. I am given my own time and space to complete the assigned projects by the given deadline.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Laid back, but focussed. The big details are the goal, and the small things are not worried about. This removes a lot of stress from the day to day job, knowing that they have my back.
