
The company sets high expectations and is continuously working to improve processes and technology solutions. This is good. On the other hand, they are scrappy - often don't invest in technology solutions and analytics and still rely a lot on manual procedures & Excel spreadsheets.

When it came time to discuss my performance, zero emphasis was placed on my accomplishments in my previous role which my goals were based on. When roles and responsibilities changed, I wasn't given a new title, offer, or compensation change.
The pace is extremely fast and aggressive. Change, while inevitable, is a constant here which is hard to adjust to after another recent change. In order to grow and improve, it helps to be able to develop a routine and attempt to map out a plan which is hard to do here.
