Initiation to contribute and work as a team. They also always care about how you are doing and often check in randomly.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work I do that supports Sales - it something I have a passion for daily. I also really enjoy being able to have a direct impact to the success of our people in so many ways.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel that we really hire good, positive, and caring people that want to be here. I also feel that management really tries to ensure that we are cared for personally and professionally -as much as they have control over. That makes the biggest difference in the world.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Let me be clear that I love working for this company. But, I have not had a raise in the 5 years I have been here and feel that my performance appraisals supported one each year. I also feel that my role is a level below where it should be in the structure for both title and responsibilities.
