Working with others that are willing to do their part so we are all working together.
Paid more fairly with the industry. The team gets recognized for special projects separately. Frequently special projects are lots of extra work and they need to be recognized that way.
I see to many people going other places for much more money doing the same job. Yet raises have not being given. There are bonus but that is one time not ongoing.
Recognize the hard work people put in on special projects. This is particularly true for support organizations. Support organizations are just seen as as after thought yet the business can not function without them.
Recognize the value of support organizations. They are overlooked and just assumed to be working. They can't flower without water and nobody is watering them. You will loose them if they aren't taken care of properly.
Pay them appropriate to the industry. We have increased the agent salaries and sales people and executives are always well paid. Need to address the rest of the business. Also need to recognize special projects work separately.
