Mostly enjoyable and I've had the opportunity to work with some great people but I have only ever made a sideways move despite being told that I do a great job. My career progression is on the back burner and feels like it's a discussion for another day which is very disappointing.

Customer facing colleagues are appreciated and fairly rewarded.

Getting good feedback and feeling like I have made a difference.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Whenever there is a problem it's all hands on deck to solve it. There is good teamwork when needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am given more and more work to do, which I deliver, but nothing in return. My compensation package doesn't feel fair when I look at what I do and the value I contribute. The benefits package is non-existent - with my last company I had death in service and a good sickness policy which I never used
