Overall its good because it offers stability, Company management is convinced about the change that it has to bring in itself. I love it when i see that the quest to change is equal to changing market. Success or no success is a separate matter
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Driving agenda diligently with single minded focus on doing what is right in short term and long term.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am self driven. Some aspects deter me to be elated at work but I pull along. Meeting my numbers excite me and client interaction brings exposure and learning.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of my co-workers have grown because of the sheer buoyancy of the market and they do not value basics Some comments are condescending though subtle but politically correct. Personal whims and fancy drives decisions. Boss management is prime than larger company.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leaders have to be trained to believe that every single person matters. Decisions based on personal preference has to stop. Very senior leaders chose to ignore bad decisions for reasons unknown to me. I will refuse to believe they do not see what I can see. Some get extra leverage
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sir, the market has moved in market median. Most of us will also be getting offers, but the inertia and loyality keep me going in this company. There is no trigger for me to consider change till I see that vision, strategy and culture aligned. So Trigger will be culture not compensation
