What is the best part about your compensation package?
salary but other elements are poor compared to others in market
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
allow people to make decisions locally. everything has to go to a small number of people at the moment. give local ownership.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
everything takes so long internally - customers joke at how slow we are. Also, given that we are a customer contact experience company, our own support teams (HR, IT etc) are very slow indeed.
