As a gen z who works at a fast pace company and also part of the Leadership Team handling nationwide projects. It's really a good experience but as I've mentioned earlier, sometimes I tend to think that I'm not being appreciated enough. Career Development is seldom part of the discussion.

Being able to help one another in times of need.

Project management specially knowing that everything that I do is critical in the business and that it would benefit majority of the employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being able to interact everyone nicely and on a professional manner. Including DEI which doesn't allow discrimination to all people and empowers certain individuals to what they're stand and beliefs in life is.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a person who handles specific nationwide projects during the pandemic. An allowance could do as I allot personally huge time and being a salaried employee who's not entitled to overtime. It could also help me bigtime.
