My ability to help people in times of need.
The leadership team is there to support or find someone to help support during times of need.
My team is unbelievably hard working and supportive. I know they will cover my site with their full attention and nothing will be left undone in my absence.
Actual perks, recognition, and benefits. Tuition reimbursement should be available, more PTO should be available if there is no sick time, and we should have a recognized holiday that isn't so white-centric. I understand we are a global company but we only recognize holidays founded by whiteness.
