
has been tumultuous - but in the past year i have been placed with the best manager in my career, this person is dedicated to my development and growth and has been a great support and resource. this is the first year i feel supported

Cost of living has gone up, and comparable jobs pay much more - especially with experience as well
I like that they are personable, know their people, and are trying to work to make every employee's experience better
my direct leadership team lives and breathes the culture - and works in support of my career goals - great resource
it sounds horrible, but when i streamline a process and it is recognized and utilized by others - it is a great feeling to make my own work and others work easier to complete
i really enjoy that since i have come back from my maternity leave that there is much more going on with People Solutions team - more engagement from directors etc... i just wish we could find a better way to trickle this down to the sites and the advisors/TLs
my direct leadership team is transparent and trustworthy, they will always do the right thing. however, other leadership teams that directly affect my role - they make promises about transitions, and do not keep them, they make change for the sake of change, and do not think about the human aspect
