Transparency about actions taking place withinh my vertical and within the organization. Openness to learning and hearing new ideas.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am a one person team aside from my manager, looking forward to having a team I can share my ideas with and pain points.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation for my role is about 20-30k lower at Concentrix than it is out in the marketplace. Internal salaries need to be reevaluated given the market and inflation of current living costs. Pay me for the role I am doing.
