Coworkers and employees are fantastic. I love the flexible work schedule, & the company has good benefits (except for the 401K). Improvements are to pay some of your in-house staff better. My current salary isn't sustainable for rising cost of living in the long run and inflation.

My coworkers are the best and most positive aspect of the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're all supportive and extremely helpful, and we help each other when someone has more than they could handle on their plate. They're the best coworkers I've ever worked with!
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my filing pile go down. I have so many other things that take priority that filing is always the last thing to be done, and I can go through two or three reams of paper a week, so it's always exciting when I get all the filing done!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our team has been understaffed since COVID. What used to be an 11 person team is now an 8 person team, so we've split full-time jobs for 3 people between us. While it's currently manageable, it's not sustainable. I can't speak for my coworkers, but I'm paid $6000 under the US average for my position
