The Leadership Team is very knowledgeable and ambitious. That being said, at times I feel like we make commitments without thoroughly thinking through the overall process, requirements and commitments to be successful.
I think it is important to not just look at Compensation but also look at showing appreciation. In PS/HR we are problem solvers, so the feedback and interactions we have are often people who are frustrated. It is important to let people know they are appreciated and do great work.
