My experience has been up and down.It's currently up since receiving new leadership on our team, Kea Magoh.Overall, I think the PS org in NA is lacking trust in Sr. leadership.The same people speak up on calls,are being promoted.I think it's time for a change in leadership.

Driving change to be play more of a strategic role in the organization, driving efficiency.
What makes you most happy at work?
Supporting such a great Ops team on Olympus and helping them improve their overall performance using reports etc.

How we all connect globally! It's so great to speak with anyone at the click of a finger.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I felt extremely undervalued until 2020 when Kea Magoh joined our team.My current manager did nothing to support me, in fact, she tore me down.This was a blessing in disguise, and has made me a much stronger professional.Having Kea's support of my performance has been most uplifting.
