I've joined this company in 2010 and have spent 11+ years. Started with an Advisor in Amazon for 3 monts. Then moved to HRSD and work for almost 7 years and then moved to Total Rewards team

When I deliver the task on time.

Cooperative, always help each other whenever and whomsoever need it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very professional and always focused on work. Keep professional and personal life seperate.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are polite, professional they always motivate to work smart and always wants the best from every employee. However, they never appreciate enough for the work we all contribute towards the organisation growth
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I don't get much appreciation for the work I do. I know that I'm not a smart worker but I'm a hard work and I'm learning fast and changing my way of work from hard to smart work. On compensation, if we can get 10% - 20% increase annually instead of 2% increase.
