It is the best Company to work. Though we do not have the best industry salaries, but we have a job security and job satisfaction.

Encouraging and motivating environment. Everyone is equal here, which is the best thing.

They are always very supportive and make the best decisions to keep the employees Happy and Safe.

They are always a ping away. Working closely as a team when we have to meet any deadlines. Always super supportive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Concentrix does not offer competitive pay in accordance with market standards. They deliver equipment very late and incompletely. The first day of training is not satisfactory.

Concentrix does not pay well; this is the market review I have whenever I have a conversation with insiders/outsiders, and I agree with it but at the same time, we have a job security here unlike other companies..
What makes you most happy at work?
There is no one bossing on you. Thye give freedom to work which gives us a responsibility as individuals to accomplish our tasks on time. The managers are always there to support you in each step you are stuck on.
