Working on stuff that makes people's life better.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They live the culture and seem to "practice what they preach."
What are some of the best things about your team?
Tiny team, means that everyone's opinions get heard. Accepting of differences, as well as families.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It'd be nice to not be paid $2 over the Australian minimum wage for call center employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
There is free coffee and I don't need to pay for heating. But, the varied stuff I do, the fun tasks, comfortable chairs
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team accepts people for who they are, and they're always funny. The folks also are varied in their skillset, and it makes us unique.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They really live some of the culture statements. Usually they can be puff pieces that are used to advertise to external parties or buyers, but we actually.. live it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We used to have a bunch of cool perks with Apple and Samsung, but they've fallen by the wayside. The Australian employees on the floor do NOT get paid appropriately for what they do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Considering we have two lots, local and global, the local folks try to care about our issues. The global folks care and are personable, and seem to remember your name if you've spoken to them.
