They are very clear in the company's direction and where it stands today. Appreciate the leadership team's transparency and updates that keep us all informed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel my compensation has not been brought up to par with industry standards especially considering years of service and becoming a SME my programs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Overall daily interactions and my team are very positive. WAH has had it's challenges but we all come together and stay positive even in the tougher times.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are very team focused and all work together to keep our clients happy and our programs running as smooth as possible. We are all willing to help each other no matter what the work requires.
