I have only been working for Concentrix for 2 years, I came from working retail. I was unsure of my journey when I started as I have never done this type of work before. I have enjoyed everyone that I have worked with, there is so much support, and so much room for growth.

I love it, there is nowhere else I would rather work until I am ready to retire. I've worked retail most of my life and this has always been my dream job. I have never worked with a company that values their employees as much as Concentrix.

I absolutely LOVE Concentrix, this is the first company I have ever worked for that actually cares about their employees and tries to make sure we have the tools to succeed. My experience has been amazing and I look forward to many more years of amazing.

I absolutely love Concentrix, I wish I had known about it years ago as this has been my favorite job since I started working at 14. I plan to retire here God willing.

Everyone is treated equally, the work is work but fun at the same time.

That we can cut up and still get the job done. The team work is phenomenal.

Earned PTO is amazing! This is the first company I've worked for that does this. It helps so much when there are unexpected events.

Everyone is accepted and treated fairly, the company takes care of their employees and also helps outside the company for different issues in the communities

The communication and engagement. They make you feel that you are important and try to help as much as possible whether is be work or personal related.

The communication and genuine care they have for us, not just at work but in our personal lives. They are always checking in with us to make sure we're good.

The pay is wonderful, I left a position making more than what I started with here and now make more than I would have if I had stayed at the previous company.

Working from home is a plus for sure. Changing the lives of others is a huge win. Knowing that my team is there for me whether work related or personal makes me very happy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that they treat you more like family than just another employee. They are like the good parent that praises you when you do well and will get on you to push harder if you're not. To me that's great leadership.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having the support from the team if I get stuck. The feeling of family from all of the staff, there is nothing that makes me NOT want to come to work, I enjoy what I do and I am happy with this company.
