I have a great team to work with. however, for the amount of workload that I am getting, I do not feel I am paid fairly, not alone for the years that I did not get my merit increases when I should have, I never got response or explanation back why that has happened.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We were supposed to have merit increases every year based on our performance, that has stopped during the first year of Covid, when our site changes from working on site to working at home, and continued for another 2-3 years without having this merit increases.
