Absolutely great! The only reason why I wouldn't/don't emphatically refer people I know to the company is because the city I live in is now a no-hire zone. I didn't know this until I referred family and she ended up being told she would have to start going into the B&M, which isn't what she needed.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I've been with Concentrix since 2015 and have no plans to leave just because it works so well with my personal schedule. While I'd definitely appreciate a higher pay rate, there's no guarantee I'll get the schedule flexibility I require at another company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping others gain employment with opportunities for advancement and growth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexibility with hours and virtual break room meetings to discuss issues/grievances.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very friendly, great open-door policy and they try to supplement lack of pay/bonuses in other ways.

They're very family oriented and are very open with communication and wanting to help others learn more about our position.

We do our job well, keep drama out of the office and can relate to each other in different aspects of our lives.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Behind the scenes, there's an unspoken understanding that you can be as flexible as you need to, as long as the work gets done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to national and state averages for my specific role, I am underpaid by more than 16%. Pay me on the same scale as other corporations.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I'm doing my best to bring in quality candidates for hire, in hopes that they too will grow to love the company and their position.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The TA leadership is very hands on and approachable. I appreciate that I can feel comfortable enough to reach out to any of them and get any questions/concerns I have addressed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm grateful to have a job, so I can't really name a 'best part' of the compensation package; is it really a package when all we get is standard in any company? Definitely believe the health care costs could/should be lower. I'd also like monetized incentives and bonuses.
