only thing that package is all fixed, mediclaim is worse, other perks also not good

my team is really good and they cooperative and always ready and come forward to help.

Good and established brand. Not everyone know about Concentrix but whoever know, they know for good
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not sure about other leaders but in my function. Leader cares about his target, his appreciation, his name. No matter how hard his team has to work to get that done.
