I started here as a temp worker because I needed a job. I love solving problems and making people happy. I got to do that helping customers, coaching other employees, training employees, and now supporting a team of trainers. This has turned into an engaging career for me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My scope of support has more than doubled but all I have is 2-4% merit raises, nothing reflecting the massively increased workload.
What makes you most happy at work?
Celebrating the success of my team and their experts. I love seeing those positive survey comments when we make someone's day.

They have a clear vision and through several mergers we have been consistent in putting our employees and the end customer experience first.

My team is amazing! Dedicated, invested in their trainees' success, they care about the customer experience, and they are a true team and help each other out every day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are fanatical about our clients and staff. Not an empty company value, but how we try to do what is best for our clients and employees.
